OUR MISSION

Waste Reduction

We build island‑appropriate systems that prevent, separate and recover plastics at source, reducing leakage into coastlines and waterways through community collection hubs and simple logistics.

 Livelihood Enhancement

We support informal waste workers, women and youth through safer work conditions, fairer pricing, training and long‑term opportunities in the circular plastics economy.

Policy Change

We partner with governments and their respective communities to strengthen enabling policy, producer‑responsibility pathways and governance frameworks for sustainable circular systems.

 Innovation & Investment

We catalyse island‑ready innovation from alternative materials and recycled products to digital tools and community enterprises through challenges, micro‑grants and venture support.
